Get started

First-time setup requires a supported phone for sign-in, connection, and required permissions. Once Kollektivknappen is ready, you can hear and select a departure directly with the button.

Before you begin

  • You need an account prepared for Kollektivknappen.
  • A supported iPhone or Android phone for setup and use.
  • Bluetooth and the required location permissions.
  • An internet connection when new public transport or account information must be obtained.

Complete the setup

  1. Install the software required for the service when it becomes available in the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Enter your email address, choose Send sign-in link, and open the link on the same phone.
  3. Accept the Terms, choose whether to share onboard status, and allow the required location and Bluetooth or Nearby devices access.
  4. When setup asks, pair the button supplied to you.
  5. At a relevant stop, press Kollektivknappen and follow the spoken choices to select a departure.
