How Kollektivknappen works
Kollektivknappen is a physical, tactile button used with three simple gestures. What happens depends on the situation during the journey.
Press the Kollektivknappen
- Press once for the most important information or action in the situation. When Kollektivknappen asks a question, one press may confirm.
- Press twice to hear the next departure or more detail. When Kollektivknappen asks a question, a double press may decline.
- Press and hold to leave a departure list or hear whether Kollektivknappen is ready. With a selected departure or journey, holding ends the selection; when asked about alighting, it can confirm that you got off.
Assistance follows your journey
At a relevant stop, Kollektivknappen can announce departures and let you select one directly. Assistance then follows that departure. Onboard, the button can provide relevant guidance for the journey you confirmed.
When information is unavailable
Kollektivknappen does not use an old location as though it were current or select an assumed departure. If the correct information cannot be confirmed, it tells you or lets you try again.
