Use Kollektivknappen while the screen is off
You do not need to keep a journey screen open to use Kollektivknappen.
Android
On Android, Kollektivknappen can work while the screen is off. An ongoing system notice shows that help is running. After Force stop, open the app again. Your phone's battery settings may limit this feature.
iPhone and iPad
On iPhone, Kollektivknappen can work while the screen is off, but not if the app was swiped away or force-quit. Open the app again if that happens.
Shared limitations
Check that you are signed in, Bluetooth and location are on, and your phone has a network connection when the action needs it.
