Press once, twice, or press and hold

Use Kollektivknappen with one press, a double press, or a press and hold. It tells you what is relevant in the situation.

Without a selected departure or journey

  • Press once to hear relevant information about the stop and current departures. When Kollektivknappen announces a specific departure that can be selected, press once to select it.
  • While Kollektivknappen announces current departures, press twice to hear the next one. Kollektivknappen tells you when there are no more. A double press does not select the departure.
  • Press and hold to leave a list of departures without selecting. When you are not following a selected departure or journey, holding reports whether Kollektivknappen is ready to use.

With a selected departure or planned journey

  • Press once to hear the status of the departure or journey. If Kollektivknappen asks about a checked new departure, one press means yes.
  • Press twice for more relevant detail when Kollektivknappen is not waiting for an answer. In a question, a double press means no.
  • Press and hold to end the selected departure or the complete planned journey.

Boarding and alighting

You do not need to confirm boarding. If Kollektivknappen offers a checked replacement departure, one press accepts it and a double press declines.

When Kollektivknappen asks whether you got off at the planned stop, one press or holding confirms that you got off. A double press means you are still onboard. For a general question about getting off, one press or a double press keeps the guidance, while holding confirms that you got off.
