When Kollektivknappen cannot help
If the button does not respond, check Bluetooth and the network, then follow the action shown.
An empty result is not an error
No upcoming departure means that no departure was found for the current situation. An unavailable message means that Kollektivknappen does not currently know the answer.
What requires a network
Updated public transport information, journey updates, and signals need a network connection. Kollektivknappen tells you when current information cannot be obtained.
A temporary problem does not automatically remove a valid journey selection or the button pairing.
Use the correct recovery
Choose Try again when shown. If a permission is blocked, choose Open settings.
