Permissions on the phone

Location

Location while using the phone is needed to obtain a fresh position for the relevant stop and departures. If a fresh position is unavailable, an old location is not used instead.

To use Kollektivknappen while the screen is off, allow Always or background location when your phone asks.

Bluetooth

Your phone may call this permission Bluetooth or Nearby devices. Without it, the button cannot be paired or used.

If a permission is blocked

If a permission is blocked, choose Open settings, allow it, return, and choose Try again.
